WHO WE ARE
This website is operated by VULLON SPACE INDUSTRIES (PTY) LTD, trading as VULLON SPACE™, a company in South Africa ("VULLON SPACE", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us when you sign up on vullonspace.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Your email address, which you enter yourself.
- Signup context: which form you used, the time you signed up, the page and referring website you came from, campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), whether you arrived through an in-app browser, and whether you used a mobile or desktop device.
- Email engagement: once you are subscribed, our email provider records whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth, address or payment details on this page.
WHY WE USE IT
With your consent, we use your email address to tell you when Chapter 001 opens and to send you VULLON SPACE news and marketing emails. We use signup context to understand which channels bring people to the website. We do not sell your personal information.
WHO PROCESSES IT
Your email address and signup context are stored by Klaviyo, our email platform, which processes them on our behalf. A copy of each signup is also emailed to the VULLON SPACE team inbox so we can follow up. Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. Klaviyo may store information outside South Africa, including in the United States; where that happens we rely on the safeguards applicable law requires for cross-border transfers.
COOKIES
This signup page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's session storage to remember campaign tags until you sign up or close the tab.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that choice so we do not email you again.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
- Complain to us first. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za) or the data protection authority where you live.

CHILDREN
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
